If we haven't hit 45 in your first 90 days, your fourth month of service is free. The full terms are covered in your client agreement, but the short version is this: if the system doesn't deliver, you don't pay for the month it didn't.
This guarantee exists because the system is built to earn it — and because you've probably already paid for promises that didn't come with one.
Everything except your ad spend. The retainer covers campaign strategy and management, AI-powered response and booking automation, no-show recovery sequences, rebooking follow-up, and performance reporting. Your ad spend goes directly to Meta and is separate — we require a minimum of $2,000/month in ad spend for the system to generate enough volume to fulfill the guarantee.
If you don't have 45 booked appointments by day 90, your fourth month of service is free. To qualify, the minimum ad spend must remain active and uninterrupted through the entire 90-day period — including month four if it's triggered — and onboarding must be completed within the first two weeks. Full terms and conditions, including other qualifying criteria, are outlined in the client agreement. We walk through all of it before you sign anything.
Onboarding takes approximately two weeks. Once your campaigns are live, most clients see their first leads within the first week.
Getting the system built correctly requires your input upfront. Before launch, we'll need your full service menu and pricing, responses to your most common patient questions so we can train the AI accurately, your practice's intake and booking preferences, and your logo and brand guide at minimum. Plan for one focused intake call of about 45 minutes plus a review round on the AI conversation flows before we go live. After launch, your involvement drops significantly — the system handles lead response and booking conversations automatically. Your front desk only steps in when a patient has a question the AI flags for a human, or when they're ready to book and prefer to speak with someone directly.
No. We build all campaigns, automations, and AI flows from scratch during onboarding. If you have existing creative assets you'd like us to incorporate, we're happy to review them, but pre-existing ads are not required to get started.
